Fluctus, in collaboration with Leonard Kollen, developed the Clipon bottle up to and including a working prototype. The Clipon bottle actually fits every bike that exists because of its handy design. In addition, the bottle has room for two different drinks, so it is no problem to bring water and a sports drink. The two bottles are S-shaped and are held together by a sturdy clip and an anti-slip layer in the middle. Of course the bottle also has two different openings, so you can easily fill the bottle and wash it off. Fluctus is responsible for design, engineering, realizing the prototype and applying for the patent.

Concept Development
Leonard Kollen came to us with the basic idea of clamping a bottle directly on a bicycle tube without the need for a bottle cage.
Product Design
The concept that we have developed gives shape and color fitting to the market for which it is intended: The recreational cyclist with a bicycle that does not have a bottle cage mounted on it.
Product Engineering
We take a look into all kind of methods to make a plastic bottle; eventually we opt for injection molding, possibly combined with blow molding
Prototyping & Testing
After we have made many FDM models on our own printer in the design phase, we end up with a prototype that can hardly be distinguished from real.
